Snack frying machine is an indispensable equipment in the modern snack food processing industry, especially in the production of fried snack food. It ensures uniform oil temperature, stable product quality and improved production efficiency. However, due to the characteristics of high temperature and mechanical operation, the correct operation of the frying machine is particularly important to ensure product quality and operator safety. So how do you use a frying machine?
Equipment preparation and inspection:
- Equipment Inspection
Before starting the equipment, check whether the power line of the machine is well connected and whether all parts of the machinery are functioning normally. If any abnormality is found, deal with it immediately or notify the maintenance personnel.
2. Oil level detection
Ensure that there is enough oil in the tank to meet the specified oil level standard. If the oil level is insufficient, it will affect the frying effect and may damage the equipment.
3. Preheating equipment
Start the heating system and adjust the oil temperature to the initial temperature required by the process. Depending on the needs of different foods, the general temperature is between 160℃ and 200℃.
Procedures:
1. Starting the conveyor system
Turn on the conveyor belt and make sure it runs smoothly and without jams. The conveying speed should be adjusted according to the frying time of the food.
2. Put in raw materials
Put the pre-treated snacks into the loading area evenly to avoid dropping too much at one time and causing the oil temperature to drop or the raw materials to pile up.
3.Temperature monitoring
The oil temperature should be monitored in real time during operation and kept within the set range. If abnormal temperature fluctuation is found, the heating system should be adjusted in time.
4.Finished product collection
After frying, the snacks automatically enter the cooling or degreasing section through the conveyor belt. The operator should check the product quality in time, such as whether the color, shape and crispiness meet the standard.
Precautions for safe operation
- Personal Protection
Operators are required to wear protective clothing, insulated gloves and protective eyewear to avoid splash injuries from hot oil droplets.
2. Avoid contact with hot parts
Never come into direct contact with heated parts or the frying area being worked on while the equipment is in operation.
3.Regular Cleaning and Maintenance
After each production run, the equipment needs to be thoroughly cleaned to remove grease and food residues. Also perform regular maintenance on the equipment and check key components such as heating elements, conveyor belts and temperature control systems.
