Recently, a customer from Sri Lanka purchased a cassava chips cutting machine from us to replace their existing one. This customer has been producing cassava chips for a long time, but their old cutting machine was outdated and had poor cutting performance. This not only affected the uniformity of the finished product but also reduced production efficiency and product quality. Therefore, the customer requested a new cutting machine to replace their old equipment.
During in-depth communication with the customer, we learned that their production line had been running for many years and many of the equipment was still in use. Therefore, the new equipment had to match the existing production line. This placed high demands on the design of the cutting machine. Based on the customer’s situation, we provided a customized solution:
Compatibility with the production line – We carefully studied the structure and interfaces of the customer’s old equipment and, based on the existing production line layout, designed a compatible cassava chips cutting machine, ensuring a direct installation without requiring major adjustments to the production line.
Optimized cutting quality – The new equipment features improved blade material and slice thickness adjustment, resulting in more uniform and smooth cassava slices, enhancing the appearance and taste of the final product.
Durability and stability – The use of high-quality stainless steel and advanced processing technology ensures stable performance during long-term continuous operation, reducing maintenance costs.
Currently, this cassava cutting machine has entered the production phase. We believe that after the new equipment is put into use, our customers’ cassava chips production efficiency and product quality will be significantly improved, providing stronger support for their market competitiveness.
